IRVING TRAINING AND SELECTION CENTRE
Professional approach in selecting manpower is the specialty of Irving in order to ensure development of best human resources. Irving Training and Selection Centre have been established and it provides various training to develop the skills and language proficiency. The Institute also trains according to specific requirement of employer upon special request.
MEDICAL CENTRE
International Health Centre has been set-up to conduct medical fitness test of the candidates. The centre is well equipped with qualified doctors, pathologists and modern machineries.

TICKETING AND RESERVATION

AGREEMENT
Upon fixing the terms and conditions between the Principal and "Irving Enterprise", agreement is executed between themselves, incorporating the terms & conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from Bangladesh.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
A power of attorney is to be drawn by the Principal duly authorizing "Irving Enterprise" to carry out the supply of Bangladeshi manpower including meeting up the necessary formalities as regards to passport, visa from respective embassies, medical check-up etc.
DEMAND LETTER
A demand letter is to be issued by the Principal in favor of Irving Enterprise". In which it should be clearly stated the job categories, number of workers required category-wise, monthly salaries, period of contract food, medical treatment and accommodation etc. The power of Attorney & The demand letter must be duly endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce and finely attested by the Embassy of Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh existing in the country of employment.
LETTER OF AUTHORITY (Applicable for Saudi Arabia) A letter of authority in favor of "Irving Enterprise" addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned embassy in Bangladesh, intimating him that "Irving Enterprise" is their appointed manpower recruiting agent, fully authorized to deal with all visa matters with the Embassy.
VISA ADVICE (Applicable for Saudi Arabia)
The visa advice, also duly endorsed and attested as stated above should reach the concerned Embassy. A Photostat copy should simultaneously reach Irving Enterprise for presentation to the concerned Embassy for doing the needful.
These are the main documents required by the Ministry of Labor and Manpower to recruit, process and finally export. Apart from these, Bangladesh High Commission/Embassy may have some requirement for few other documents which varies May from country to country.
